In the framework of the project there was launched the first Mobile Museum dedicated to a famous pilot Chkalov and his crew. As a part of the project there was organized a flight en route of Chkalov’s flight in 1936, Moscow – Udd Island – Moscow.

The International Industrial Exhibitions have become a vital part of the full-scale MASHEX / Mashinostroenie event, which will take place in the year 2009 at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center. The organizers has made a decision to hold these exhibitions as an individual block on an annual basis due to the fact that Russian machine-building plants are in sore need of technology upgrade. The International Industrial Exhibitions are an important highlight in the industrial world as they promote innovative development of the machine-tool industry and introduce state-of-the-art technology to the existing production practices.
