MASHEX’2008

On May 26 – 30 Crocus Expo exhibition centre welcomed the premier machine-building show of Russia – MASHEX’2008.

The project organizer MVK International Exhibition Company is the acknowledged professional organizer of industrial exhibitions.

This year the MASHEX exhibition was supported by the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Union of Russian Machine-Builders. Co-organizer of the exhibition HANDLING EQUIPMENT Mizunov Media Group.

MASHEX’2008 included the international specialized exhibitions:

●Mashex – the 8th International specialized exhibition for machine-building equipment

●Mashcomp – the 7th International specialized exhibition for component parts in mechanical engineering

●Retechmash – the 7th International specialized exhibition for repair, reconditioning and modernization of machines and equipment

●Intechmash – the 4th International specialized exhibition for automated manufacture, robotics technology, industrial information technologies

●Metrmash – the 4th International specialized exhibition for measuring instruments, tools and technologies

●Elecmash – the 4th International specialized exhibition for electric technology and electronics

●Litexpo – the 4th International specialized exhibition for technologies and equipment for foundry industry

●Inbetech – the 7th International specialized exhibition for machines and equipment for manufacture and assembly of bearings and components

●Handling equipment – the 7th International specialized exhibition for handling and lifting appliances

The exposition of MASHEX’2008 occupied pavilion 1 of the Crocus Expo exhibition centre. The show attracted the companies from 21 countries. The foremost companies from Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Italy, China, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Slovakia, USA, Turkiye, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, South Korea and Japan showcased their products at the exhibition area of 35,000 sq.m. Over 30 trade mass media outlets were the partners of the exhibition.

The leading machine-building companies participating in the project indicated the Forum’s significance. Among the exhibitors were: SF Technologii, Weber Comechanics, Dukon, Soldrim, Kami-Metal, Kovosvit-Rus, Schtrei, Linares, Periton Indistrial, Imid, SMTCL, Dalgakiran and many others.

Among the subjects of MASHEX’2008 were: metal-processing equipment; drilling, milling and boring machines and machine centres; hardware control facilities; component parts and material; lathe centres; transfer lines and hardware systems for pressurized metal processing; software products and services, automated projecting and modeling systems, and many other things.

The MASHEX’2008 business program covered the key issues of the machine-building industry. The forum brought top-level discussions and conferences. The Education League organized the interactive workshops concerning the engineering education and professional development seminars for the working staff. B2B Research, the marketing agency specializing in the industrial marketing research, made the review of the equipment market. MIZUNOV MEDIA GROUP organized the conference “Handling equipment for the machine-building industry” and S.A. Vekshinsky R&D Institute for Vacuum Engineering and NIIMT JSC organized the workshop “Vacuum metal melting”. The framework of the exhibition included the presentations of the companies Omron Electronics and SERVOTECHNIKA JSC from Biysk.

According to experts, MASHEX’2008 is the presentation platform for the top machine-building technologies; it contributes to the industry development and implementation of new technical facilities and technology.
